This menu is easy to do. Just thaw Fins & Tentacles’ frozen cooked octopus. Slice or cut the legs into bite sizes of your choice. Then coat it with tempura batter and fry. The tempura sauce will complete this dish. Absolutely delicious!

2.     Grilled Octopus

It’s basic. Just thaw and grill directly until the skin has caramelized. It’s perfect with any sauce of your choice.  It’s always nice to smell that smoky grilled octopus flavor while grilling.

3.     Roasted Octopus with spicy Thai sauce

This menu has an Asian twist to it. The smell of the coriander leaf makes this menu one of the best. With the combination of chili and lemon, it’s surely the favorite dish for Outdoor party.

4.     Kinilaw Octopus (Filipino version of the Mexican Ceviche)
